The most critical situation concerned the Liscione Dam, in the Molise region, which reached its maximum capacity and discharged water downstream toward the industrial zone of the city of Termoli, which had already been evacuated. The activation was useful for monitoring the flooded areas downstream of the dam, especially the area near the industrial zone of Termoli.
