The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is commissioning this review/study to highlight the work of the Central Asian Red Crescents in the field of DRR and to strengthen the programming within Red Cross and Red Cross Societies that will lead to longer-term sustainable outputs in building resilient communities across the Central Asian region and beyond.
